My journey began in a small South Indian village where I discovered my love for math and problem-solving. That passion led me to engineering, then to COBOL development (yes, that classic language!), and eventually to my true calling: bridging the gap between business needs and technology as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master.

I’ve seen firsthand how the right processes can transform teams, whether it’s cutting defects by 90% or helping release features faster. But beyond metrics, I care about the human side of tech how we communicate, grow, and succeed together.

When I’m not facilitating stand-ups or refining backlogs, you’ll find me exploring the world (from Indian coconut groves to Swedish fjords), cooking new recipes, or getting lost in a good math problem.
