Nisha, Data Analyst

A Data Analyst with over seven years of experience helping businesses transform raw, messy data into insights that lead to smarter decisions and better outcomes. My journey began early in my family’s construction supply business in India. At just 14, I started tracking sales and managing inventory, unknowingly discovering a passion for spotting patterns, solving problems, and using data to guide real-world decisions

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Anna University, India. These programs helped me develop a strong mix of technical knowledge and analytical thinking. I build end-to-end data solutions using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, PySpark, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and Docker. Whether it’s creating real-time dashboards, optimizing ETL pipelines, or automating reporting processes, my goal is always to make data simpler, smarter, and more human.

My strategic thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to connect the technical with the practical set me apart. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams, asking the right questions, and turning challenges into meaningful, real-world solutions.

Outside of work, I love gardening, baking, and reading—hobbies that keep me patient, creative, and always learning.
